Vitmain B-12 comes from Fish, beef and dairy.
Sources of food not typically on the table of a vegetarian.
To be fair, regardless of weather you are a veggie or not, you still may not be getting enough of theses sources for b-12.
Not getting enough of b-12 can result in:
1. Suppressed appetite…no, that’s not good we need fooooood!
2. Depression.
3. Neurological problems.
4. Fatigue and weakness
So, if you are a non veggie and your stomach can tolerate these food sources well enough (no bloating, reactions etc), try and add some of these sources into your diet,
