This may sound negative straight off of the bat, because why focus on the thing you don’t want because that outcome will manifest right?

This process gives an identification of the previously accepted lack, it enables ownership, which DOES NOT ACCPEPT any more lack, it opens the notion of effective goal setting, it BREAKS THE BACK of the excuse making victim mentality at the hands of external circumstances...Most importantly of all, it gives you control to your self care plan.
This is where it starts, a stronger mind will give you a stronger body.
The actions of exercise, healthy eating, motivation, discipline and all of that other fun stuff, is on the other side of whatever it is that’s momentarily psychologically halting you from that life changing transformation.
