Seriously, what would be different for you?

What would you do that you are not doing now?

What would you not do that you are doing now?

When negativity towards the ‘F’ (failure) word is removed and/or controlled in a way for growth, you can’t fail long term.

The short-term failures create the situations for feedback when you get that feedback, you can make tweaks…that’s where the progress is.

That time and time again creates momentum.

When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

Stop looking at your health, fitness, and wellbeing as something which isn’t a priority.

It is, it’s a top one.

Stop thinking you can’t lose the weight or burn the fat.

You can.

First, though, it’s a mindset.

Process your definition of failure for something that builds you up and that’ll give you the mental capacity to overcome that limiting belief.

Remember, failure isn’t the opposite of success, it’s part of it.

Get out of your head…
