We either do, or we don’t, there is no in-between.

The word ‘try’ more often than not means psychological permission to procrastinate, but the feeling of procrastinating doesn’t seem so bad because there was some kind of effort in the first place.

It’s also worth noting, that the learning process and the failure aspects that come with this, still isn’t ‘trying’, it’s doing, doing a process of development and learning in order to improve and grow.

‘Trying’ to learn? It means you’re not learning.

Suppose you try to pick up a pen? Does the pen get picked up? Noooopppppe!

What if you pick up a pen? Does the pen get picked up? YYYYYYYYEEEESSSUUM!

Relate the above to losing weight, burning body fat, building muscle, improving energy, etc.

If you try to apply the actions that support those outcomes, guess what happens?

If you apply those actions that support those outcomes, guess what happens?

This small language change will have a big impact on your productivity, results, momentum and success, not just in fitness, health/well-being… but everything.

I’m going to try to improve my health? Or…I’m going to improve my health.

I’m going to try and make time, or…I’m going to make time in my schedule to ensure I follow through.

The magnetic law of attraction is fundamentally different based on the words we use. It creates belief and intention.

We create an environment where we create self-belief and opportunity for ourselves or trip ourselves up with limiting words.

Whether the focus is intentional or not, we get the outcomes of our thoughts which are directly correlated to our self-talk.

Quick fix searchers, ‘big boned’ thinkers, ‘non-sporty’ believers will go through years/lifetimes of yo-yo weight miss-management…because of the self-sabotage self-talk (and the crazy restrictive dieting).

When in reality, the thing we all have that by default, gives us the ability to change is the fact that we are all human beings. Humans are designed to change. Your biological make-up may mean your change is faster or slower than the person next to you…but who cares.

It’s all about improving your physiology, mood, emotions, happiness, confidence, fitness, weight management etc.

Get s**t done.

Trying will you get you nowhere.

Doing…WILL.

Make your goal, learn the system (the sustainable healthy system), apply it, learn it, be consistent, you will grow.

Of course, the systems matter; however, those systems are only as good as the mental application.

Part of that application is changing those ball and chain hurdle words for positive words that create energy for belief and genuine growth.

Hope to want

wish to must

try to do

wish to  I am (followed by positive outcome)

Same old thinking same old results.
