Health and wellness is about successful stress management as much as it is about the relevant application of the traditional systems themselves.

We can ‘know what to do’ and still not do it.

This can be down to many things…

A usual one is that the person doesn’t actually know what to do, that’s self-preservation, it won’t bring the results people want because it cuts them off towards the notion of asking for help.

Or stress is preventing that person from being able to protect the time required to carry out effective health and wellness.

If you find life stressful and/or busy from time to time, which you will because you’re a human being living in the modern world.

Not controlling what we can control which contributes to stress via poor health and wellness management only makes things worse.

It’s a kick to the crotch..on top of already taking a kick ti the crotch.

Why do many feel better when their feet touch the soil after a plane journey?

Certainty of safety and CONTROL.

This is where self-esteem, self-confidence, and body transformation come from.

The certainty with control in managing health and wellness.

So if life gets stressful or busy…

We owe it to ourselves to make more time for ourselves to bring some good vibes back into our lives.

The best ever stress reduction technique is how we take care of our psychology and physiology.

Of course within the realm of making strong boundaries.

Otherwise, they’ll get breached, and if they do, we feel even more crap.
