Keeping this in theme with health & fitness, if you keep anchoring to limiting beliefs regarding exercise, diet and your self development, you shall continue to embody that persona in the reflection of how you see yourself physically and mentally.

Out of shape, ‘big boned’, low in energy, lack of accountability, excuses around time…how can any of that ever contribute to a healthy lifestyle?

Those very elements more often than not lead to ‘quick fixes’, fads and yoyo’ing. Time wasting…Poo.

So, the first step to transformation, higher energy levels, smaller waste lines, better fitting clothes, productivity, weight loss and successful healthy living, before a dumbbell is even lifted, is what?

Well, honestly, it’s to psychologically flip the script from those limiting beliefs that are holding you back, to control the things that you soak up and absorb and to understand that this ‘complex/difficult’ personal challenge to finally take charge of your health and fitness, is actually yours for the taking.

The ‘trying’ needs binning. the DOING needs highlighting, the self-sabotage and excuse making must be drop kicked over the fence. It doesn’t serve you.

The change first comes from within, the everything else falls into place, with the right direction, application and consistency.
