Someday…

“I’ll lose the weight”.

“I’ll get fit”.

“I’ll be motivated”.

“I’ll join the gym”.

“I’ll eat healthily”.

“I’ll stop drinking”.

The list goes on

Someday, represents procrastination and poor planning.

Two fundamental keys to living a life at the whim of external influences (people, situations, and circumstances).

AKA, not having control, that leads to crappy personal choices that create a reality that holds desires to transform away from… (that’s why diets are popular, they’re like poisonous fruit, they may look and sound great but really they’ll make you crap yourself)

Then the same cycle can continue. For years.

Ego plays a big part as well, we all have one.

Someday doesn’t have a space in the weekly calendar, and starting next Monday is basically saying ‘I’m not enough of a priority to start now’…

Is that true for you?

Is the night out, the late-night tv, the fast food, etc really more important than taking control of your personal health?

And if you say, ‘I have time’, you don’t, we are all on borrowed time because life flies by (it’s all ok when we are young, but what about when things start to physiologically breakdown, illness, disease).

You may as well feel great right?

A huge part of growth with health, fitness, and wellbeing is the words we use and how we talk to ourselves as well as the paths we choose to take, well, that’s the whole part in truth.

It starts with those thoughts, as does anything else in life.

Are you familiar with the law of attraction? (I’m not on about that you horn dog haha) The universal laws sa to why we have the reality that we have…

The ‘someday’, ‘next week’ mentality, leads to impatience, fads, ‘quick fixes’, you know them, the ‘diets’ and the world of instant abs.

If this resonates with you…here’s your breakthrough or reaffirmation.

This is the antidote, two words, and a directional pointer.

DO. IT.

To the learning of the universal principles based around physiology, nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress management, balance with all areas of life, and how to psychologically underpin motivation, belief, goals, chunking, and momentum to those aspects.

That’s your transformation.

That’s where you become resilient, consistently effective, fitter, stronger, healthier, with more energy, vitality, confidence, personal credibility, and self-esteem.

Does that sound good for you?

‘Diets’, fads, and quick fixes erode that, and they take you nowhere fast.

There’s no time like the present, do it and do it and do it and do it and do it and do it…until the job gets done, then keep doing it and doing it and doing it.

Intentions are only as good as the following action.

It’s all mindset.

Control yours, sharpen it and you’ll have the exact results you truly want.

Very best,
