I joined Paul’s class 8 months ago and I have benefited hugely.
There is a always a new exercise or routine to keep things fresh and engaging.
Everyone made a huge effort to be welcoming and I settled into the group quickly.
One of Paul’s big drives is posture and making sure his clients are confident doing each exercise, he carefully considers everyone’s individual needs and is quick to offer advice or challenge.
Recently, because of COVID-19, Paul set up online classes, they’re easy to to access and have been a huge hit. Continuing his classes in these challenging times has been a great way to keep routine and maintain fitness.
You can’t beat a good workout in a sunny garden. I’ve seen real results in my fitness and recently family and friends have started to comment on my improved physique/fitness.
