Semi-Private Exercise Coaching

Exercise with Like-Minded People a Private gym

Semi-private exercise coaching is a great way to elevate accountability, human connection (banter), and let's face it, a we bit of healthy competition. Exercise, intensity, difficulty, and progression are always in context to the individual, guidance and help from Coach Paul helps people find their sweet spot regardless of who they are paired with.

Gym Circuits - Mini Group Exercise

A small exclusive group in a private space

These sessions are perfect for people who want to exercise in private, with guidance from a coach, and within a fun environment that caters for varying fitness backgrounds. Sessions are capped to a maximum of 4 people.

Group Exercise Coaching

Exercise in a controlled group setting at your own pace.

Group sessions are a great place for all abilities to come along and complete a guided, balanced, fun, effective workout in a capped class size of up to 10 people.

Pocket Coach 

A complete bespoke exercise plan tailored to you and your goals.

Never again shall you enter a gym again and wonder 'what to do'.

This is the next best thing to having a face-to-face coach, workout with professional guidance and support.

All plans are custom built to help you achieve your goals by guiding you towards how to workout safely, effectively, and sustainably.

What's best for me?

This of course is subjective, exercise history, conditioning, goals, requirement for support, finances, and logistics, are all elements that will point towards what exercise coaching path will serve you best.

We all require different levels of support to help us cultivate a solid foundation, one that doesn't dissolve away over time.

How much does this cost?

This doesn't cost anything, it's an investment into a stronger, fitter, healthier version of you.

Having a strong relationship with exercise and reaping all of the life changing benefits it has to offer is something that the modern human being needs. 

Exercise investment of course is subjective to the individual.

There isn't a leaflet style purchase option. 

This is where we identify the main targets and devise a realistic action plan in order for people to sustainably make progress.

Fit Peeps is about getting you to your goals, 'not charging for time'.

Based on those subjective measures, the subjective measures such as exercise history, conditioning, goals, requirement for support, finances, and logistics, means that everybody's investment can vary.

Lastly, Fit Peeps is a community, everybody is welcome, and investments are very realistic in order to cater for lots of people.

When can I use the gym?

The gym is only accessible during your private coaching time.

How many sessions will I need? 

This is dependant once again on you and your individuality. 

We would establish this during your free strategy call.

Why can't I just buy a block of 10 or 20? 

Would you prefer to pay for time and hope you get a return? Or make an investment and guarentee a return?

if it's the first I shall point you in that direction, if it's the latter, let's go.

The strategy call is a chance to understand each other and to create an actual strategy for people to achieve their goals, instead of just charging time for one element of the jigsaw. Fit Peeps is about serving people and finding their perfect support package. it's very rare that just buying a block of sessions delivers the results people desire.

We hit health and wellness from all angels here, no half arse efforts.

Can I do a mixture of virtual and in person exercise coaching? 

Of course, Fit Peeps is designed in a way where your needs for support are met.

So if that meant a hybrid, we've got you covered.

This isn't an army bootcamp where you are being screamed at, judged, or compared.
