Momentum is trajectory of the direction you desire through doing the small daily actions that contribute to your vision based around the universal principles of that goal.

Within momentum, so many ‘penny drop’ moments happen as a consequence of adhering to all of the previous steps.

Overcoming doubts, negativity and self-sabotage, learning to set goals, motivating from within, learning how to create balance in life, workout efficiently and effectively, nourishing the body, getting effective rest/recovery as well as understanding the importance of the little things (saying no, choices, temptations etc). That’s where momentum comes from.

This is why fads DO NOT WORK. Unsustainable approach to ‘lose weight’, adherence drops because of a flawed process, hello yoyo X-Brain (that was a cool type of yoyo from the ol’ childhood, if ya know, ya know).

You will be surprised at the traction and results you will generate for yourself by walking the smart path with little foot steps.
