Cliche coming up…

Fail to plan, plan to fail.

Simples.

Relying on willpower alone can only get you so far.

At some point, life is going to come along and threaten your health, fitness, and wellbeing management.

Then it’ll be ‘time to get back on it again once the unsettlement has used and abused you.

Time will pass during that time and it won’t discriminate.

Momentum is a key principle for success in anything.

The key to that is to plan.

Plan for your future self from your past self in order for your present self to step into simplicity.

That’s what will keep things moving, that’s what will get you into the gym, to nourish the body, hydrate it, and to get enough sleep during life’s trials and tribulations.

They are the moments that keep the momentum going.

It’s a mindset, a daily agenda, and planning is part of that success.

Without it, expect to yoyo both habitually and physically.

Start small, aim large, and gather momentum 🙂
