” When I first started the gym I thought I knew what I was doing, other trainers at the gym kept telling me to let them write me a programme for a small fee and would only talk to me if I approached them for tips. Paul didn’t once ask me to let him write me a programme as he just had a genuine interest in my progression and my goals. This is why I chose him as my Personal Trainer. Paul has changed not only my body but also my mind. Every time we speak I learn something new and that, for me, is the key to my success with my training. Since I changed my nutrition the change was for all to see; in little over 3 months I’d lost 3 1/2 inches from my waist and gained 1.5 inches on my arms yet my training programme never changed…my nutrition had!!
Nutrition and training go hand in hand…one of Pauls first tips…nutrition really is the key. As is dedication! Paul is dedicated and he will get you the body you want if you allow him to help you. His little text or emails every now and then are always timed well, usually as I’m planning to eat a bad meal or decide to stay at home instead of going to the gym.
Paul is the consummate professional and is passionate about what he does. He is always keen to see and hear of progress and passing on tips. The best thing about having Paul as my personal trainer is that he tailors everything to my needs and any questions or concerns I have, he is always there to help.
