Let’s be truthful here, yes you can.

YES YOU CAN.

Why wouldn’t you be?

Why wouldn’t you want vitality, health, confidence, energy, fitness, successful weight management within a realistic lifestyle that doesn’t leave you feeling empty, restricted, or ‘on a plan’?

Everybody wants that, and if they don’t… (it’s liiiiiiiies)

It’s from the defeatest ‘can’t be arsed/ attitude.

What ‘I can’t be arsed’ really translates to, is a limiting personal belief/thought.

We say it when we don’t believe in ourselves and when we want an easy solution to a challenge…

We’ve all been there, especially me.

It got me nowhere (personally or professionally).

You may have heard of the law of attraction?

We are the product of our thoughts…

What if your thoughts towards your self-care regime are ones of doubt, defeatist, negative, and quick fix orientated?

Here’s that outcome:

  • Yoyo weight
  • Reality of current knowledge and not actuality of the needed knowledge.
  • Negative thoughts towards exercise.
  • Wagon mentality.
  • Overcritical of self.
  • Limiting towards potential.
  • Searches for ‘diets’.

What leads after ‘I cant’ be arsed’ is nothing worthwhile, nothing that builds your confidence, and certainly nothing that will serve your health, fitness, and wellbeing.

It actually feeds into other areas of life…

When you say you can’t be arsed to workout, get the food shop in, prep, turn the tv off, skip the walk…

What are you thinking about?

What’s the thought that’ disabling you from building your self-esteem?

Because that’s what builds our self-esteem, holding the promises we make to ourselves…

If we break them, we erode it.

Is it a self-belief thing, is it from an opinion from somebody, is it a circumstance, a pressure from work?

Whatever it is, if it’s leading to that ‘can’t be arsed attitude’, it’s doing you a massive disservice.

You can be arsed.

People CAN be arsed, otherwise, they wouldn’t seek quick-fix solutions, feel crap out they feel in themselves, seek more energy and wish to be different.

The only thing that stops that, is elf-doubt and limiting stories.

Chop the monster of self-doubt off at the head, make a compelling health, fitness, and wellbeing goal, become who you have to become to step into that vision, learn the new habits, plan, schedule, keep consistent and I promise you, it’ll come.

It won’t if you skip the gym…again, order another takeaway...again, press snooze and sleep in… again, drink alcohol in excess…again.

No messing around, make the deal with yourself and uphold your end of the bargain to yourself.

My ‘I can’t be arsed’s’ was the snooze button, crappy computer games, late nights, making excuses, not taking ownership, the difficult conversations, not saying no when it was needed. …it had to go, it all had to go.

Dropping that lot like a cold bag of sick, was best thing for my health, fitness, and wellbeing.

What ‘I can’t be arsed’s’ do you have to drop?

Bang it in the bin, step into your actual potential and start making more out life for yourself.

This has nothing to do with materialism, this has everything to do with your self-reflection and your personal relationship based on your self-credibility.

Smash it, boss it, trust me, it’s there for you.
