Know what you are going to do, plan A, B and C, know how long you are going to do it for, what part of the day you are going to do it and how many times per week.

When you know, you create psychological freedom for yourself to get s**t done.

Saying you are going to do it is only as good as the breath used to make the sounds.

Creating that self-accountability is the difference between just thinking, and then thinking to doing.
