HOW DO I LOSE WEIGHT FAST?
The big question, the big desire…
If you would really like to ‘crack the code’, keep reading 😉
The first step is something that you might not like, however it’s the very reason as to why this question would have filled you with enthusiasm.
𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 🚀
Drop the word ‘fast’ and the accompanying expectation fast 😂
There’s some irony ay?
Have you ever heard of the law of attraction? (𝘐’𝘮 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘦𝘹𝘶𝘢𝘭 𝘺𝘢 𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘯 𝘥𝘰𝘨, 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘮 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 😂)
I’m talking about the very thought networks that deal us the very outcomes we have right now.
Universal laws of attraction 👇🏻
𝟭. 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸, regardless of whether you want it or not (𝘴𝘢𝘥𝘭𝘺, 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘺 𝘴𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘪𝘤, 𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘪𝘯 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧-𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘦𝘮, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦, 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘤𝘶𝘴 𝘨𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘬 – 𝘵𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘥, 𝘵𝘳𝘺 𝘪𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺, 𝘯𝘰 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦, 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘶𝘯𝘧𝘢𝘪𝘳, 𝘤𝘢𝘯’𝘵, 𝘩𝘰𝘱𝘦, 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘥𝘢𝘺)
𝟮. 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
𝟯. 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 + 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.
When you ask the question, how can I lose weight fast? (𝘞𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘩) You get the equivalent strategy.
A quick fix usually in the form of a 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 ‘𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘁’…or a load of willpower not to eat any cakes, crisps, biscuits and/or chocolate (𝘖𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 ‘𝘯𝘢𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘺! 𝘧𝘰𝘰𝘥𝘴) for a whole year.
The outcomes?
Some kind of 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗵 ⬇️ 🔥
Did weight get lost in that period of time, almost, potentially, probably most certainly…only, from water and gluconeogenesis (𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺, 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘭𝘴𝘪𝘮).
Starving the body of what it needs but giving it enough not to completely perish isn’t a healthy weight loss solution my chum chum 🙈
That’s the equivalent to using a turd as a door stop. What a mess. Pretty much the same as commercial dieting 😂 shots fired.
But hey, weight gets lost so the commercial diets rock right?
🚨 eeeeeerrrgggghhhhh! 🚨
Not the kind that enables 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆, and 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 real 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 .
Whilst we are here, weight loss alone doesn’t = success (𝘯𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬𝘴 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘤𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴) a chimp can eat more or less bananas and gain/lose a few lbs… sure, the weight on the scales can be a 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰, but it doesn’t deserve the prime time position it has in society for the main progressive measure, it’s massively subjective and mahhhhhooooosively miss understood.
Successful weight loss can happen, successful body transformation can happen.
EASILY!
However the 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 has to come from the 𝗽𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁.
Starting with ownership.
Being stubborn really holds people back on this subject.
‘𝘐 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰, 𝘐 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰 𝘪𝘵’…
😐
I mean this with respect, if people knew what to do, they’d do it.
And do it with ease.
Getting pissed at not losing the weight people think they should lose only brings focus to the fact that they haven’t lost weight, so the actions and habit patterns cater to that (𝘭𝘢𝘸 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘯𝘰. 1 & 2).
Then this cements an acceptance that the ‘being healthy thing’ doesn’t work and is out of reach, leading to an acceptance of that low standard for personal self-care (𝘭𝘢𝘸 𝘯𝘰. 3).
This happens for years and years and years and years, you may even be mid cycle of this.
If you are somebody that has tried and tried and tried, I say well done and fair play to maintain the desire to grow and make more for yourself, however…
At some point, the questions have to be asked.
𝗗𝗼 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀?
𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗜 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲?
𝗪𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗜 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲?
𝗪𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗜 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆?
𝗪𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗜 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗺 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳?
𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗜 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼-𝘆𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴?
Of course you bloody can.
The proof is everywhere.
Others have, you can.
It looks like this 👇🏻
Lifestyle transformation (𝘱𝘴𝘺𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺, 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘵 𝘰𝘯 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴).
That will take care of the weight as a 𝗯𝗶-𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁.
𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙞𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣, 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢.
And in the sense of how fast can you make your body transform?
As quickly as you can acquire the learnings, skills, applications, and consistency, they are the controllable factors that stimulate physical change.
The development of muscle tissue, organ efficiency, and the fat burning process, that’s subject to our own genetic output.
We can’t control how fast our body carries out these processes, but we can control our actions towards there influence.
This once again points towards?
Lifestyle change 👀
Build the mind, and the body will follow. 🧠🚀💪🏻
Much of the lovings 🤙🏻
