How do I know where to start?
That'a a normal question that EVERYBODY asks at the beginning, health and fitness can be a mind field, there's lots of noise, conflicting information and just straight up bulls**t out there.
To know exactly what to do, where to start and how to start making progress, all you have to do is just simply book in for a FREE Strategy Call and Coach Paul will guide you though how to start.
Do I need to be fit to start?
Absolutely not, this is a community designed and built off helping people do that, that's like cleaning your car before you go to a carwash.
This is a judgement free community spearheaded by a holistic health coach who literally thrives off of helping people.
Everybody has a starting place, the potential to develop, and the right to be coached.
Joining this community will accelerate anything you do alone and will supercharge your progress.
I see no pricing, how much does it cost to joint the Fit Peeps community?
This is because its's subjective to you, your experience, readiness to change, coachability, requirement for help, logistics, finances, and Coach Paul's availability.
Your investment could differ from the price of a cup of coffee to the price of a brand new iPad.
Either way, if you are to join this community, you and Coach Paul would work together in order to make this financially realistic in conjunction with your goals.
Where's the gym?
The gym is located near Sainsbury's in Banbury Oxfordshire and is only accessible during the agreed coaching time slots.
For group exercise classes, they are located in the Jubilee hall in Bloxham.
It all looks great, but what if i'm not ready?
There isn't a perfect time to start.
Health is our most valuable commodity and time is our most precious resource.
Waiting for the right time can eat valuable time and delay feeling amazing, that is ultimately life altering.
This is isn't about doing everything at once in one big overhaul, this is about starting small, and gradually building progress:
A) So that progress is permanent.
B) To make things realistic and achievable so that overwhelm doesn't short circuit.
Your learning pace and progress is down to you and your application.
Coach Paul will match the appropriate level of support to give you the best traction for where you are.
I've tried before and it hasn't worked, why is this any different?
With respect, people who say that, have tried everything but what actually works.
They either tried a commercial approach that wasn't sustainable, they quit on themselves because they were't seeing results fast enough, or a life event put them on the back burner.
None of which will happen within this coaching process.
