Being consistent with the small day to day things that don’t seem that big of deal, but. when stacked on top of each other, day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year, decade after decade, they build up to a mountain of success, health and sustainability.

In the same breath, being consistent of the health/psychological deteriorating factors such as eating processed foods, procrastinating on your self development, and making excuses not to exercise will create the same impact for the principle of momentum.

Merge the last two notions together and what do you get?

Inconsistency. That still won’t cut the mustard.

It’s common for people to start with good intentions, ‘go for it’ and run out of steam only to revert to ‘old ways’.

This can largely be put down to:

  • Mindset – thoughts, beliefs, motives, emotional vs. logical thinking
  • Knowledge – application of an unsustainable ‘programme’ (ab buster, booty blaster, chest chizzle 2000, this ‘diet’, that ‘diet’)
  • Balance – other areas of life that always are prioritised ahead of health.

All of that rubbish ultimately leads to more procrastination and further confirmation of the story of why ‘you can’t get fit.

How do you eat an elephant?

One mouthful at a time…

How do you transform you health, mindset and body?

By learning the universal principles with the control of a perceptually positive mindset with…CONSISTENCY…day after day.

You will literally be gob smacked at the simplicity of how this can shift for you.

The tipping point, is opening that mind to a way of progressive way of thinking, learning, doing, failing, learning again, doing again and mastering the art of consistency.

One step at a time.
