If you set yourself a realistic exercise standard, stick to it and remain realistic with your goals and results..you will transform.
On that note , there is of course more to the method rather than just exercise alone…
If you are exercising loads and not getting the results you want, there can be a number of reasons:
1. You could be exercising too much.
2. You may not be getting enough recovery time.
3. You may not be getting enough water.
4. You may be low in your electrolyte levels.
5. You may be eating the wrong things.
6. You may be eating too much.
7. You may not be eating enough.
8. You may be lacking certain nutrients.
9. Pre and post workout may need to be altered or even introduced.
10. Your exercise intensity may need altering.
