(For anybody easily offended, there may be 1 or 2 teeny tiny beep words in here)

Right now, you are somebody who:

1. Has no idea how to workout right now.

2. Somebody who knows how to workout right now, but isn’t exercising/consistently because of motivation.

3. Your are somebody who knows how to work out right now and is keep consistent with exercise.

All of you 3’s…crack on! There’s nothing here for you other than well done and keep smashing it.

For you 1’s out there, here’s what to do:

Dedicate some time to source somebody/something that will give you accountability, structure, guidance and support…then stay consistent.

For those 2’s out there, what are you waiting on? Christmas? You’ll be waiting a while, we’ve not long had it. By the time that bad boy comes around again and you haven’t found your momentum, you will feel utterly crap.

Your system is this… JUST F*****G GO AND WORKOUT ALREADY! 🙂

Literally, tell yourself that.

Even if you don’t want to. Just do it. That’s when it counts.

It’s easy to exercise when you feel good, because the motivation is there, but when it’s not you literally just have to stick your music in (whatever motivates, for some slipknot, for some spice girls, whatever, i’m not here to judge) get moving and just do the damn thing.

Afterwards, I promise you WILL FEEL GREAT!

Momentum is made with consistency, and to be consistent you need to keep applying, even if you feel low, lacking motivation or stuck in quarantine.

Just do it.

That’s your plan.
