Fit Peeps Events

Fit Peeps is all about personal growth and empowerment. At our core (muscle pun) we foster an environment where social connections and shared experiences in order to create a healthier stronger relationship with self-care... After all, birds of a feather, do flock together. Everybody in this community has a common goal, and to achieve those goals, it takes more than just the nuts and bolts of the process that builds health and fitness. The camaraderie of like-minded people mixed in with fun events provides a solid support network which helps give people more confidence, more support, and much more.

Wolf Runs

There hasn't been one person that thought f**k no about the prospect of doing one of these. But everybody who has, has felt INCREDIBLE. These are an annual Fit Peeps event...We get muddy, have a laugh and break some pretty fun barriers. It's basically a 10km spa trek. The next one is June 8th 2024.

Socials

For the last two years, we have got the gang together and enjoyed an annual Christmas meal. This is now a staple tradition which will always be on the cards as well as more up-and-coming socials. These are a great way for everybody to meet everybody and to make new connections.
